Terms & Conditions

- Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge until the day prior to arrival.

 

- In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the contractually agreed price for the first overnight stay.

 

- If you cannot check-in by 10 PM without letting us know in advance, the reservation will be considered as a cancellation at 10 PM on the day of arrival.

 

- Children under　6 years old　cannot stay at the dormitory rooms.

 

- When the key is lost, we will charge 2,000JPY to repairing the key.
